The main reason people get into contact with us here is because they have a training problem they need help with.
Whether it is an out of control teenager, a steam train on the lead or a dog that does not even look back when the lead is off, having a training problem can be frustrating and can hurt the relationship between you and your dog.
Our training packages are designed to give you the skills to train your own dog and to help tackle those frustrating training issues.
(It is important to note that training sessions are for training issues. Behaviour problems such as barking at other dogs, aggression and anxiety need behaviour consultations which can be found here.)
Loose Lead Walking
Going for a dog walk is meant to be an enjoyable experience, but if you have a dog who is constantly pulling on the lead and becoming easily distracted by everything around it, this can really ruin your overall enjoyment of the walk.
Our loose lead package is specifically designed to help you gain better control over your walks by teaching your dogs to walk alongside you calmly and engage with you in a more focused manner while in public spaces.
With 6 training sessions, we can teach you the techniques you need to start enjoying walking together, without the need for expensive and aversive tools.

Recall Training
Spell check: The ability to let your dog off lead to enjoy the world and your walks is the dream of many dog owners. Unfortunately, your recall can be unreliable for many reasons.
Our recall package helps teach you how to train a reliable recall. This not only involves teaching a reliable recall cue but exploring the other skills needed so your recall works across different environments and situations.
With 6 training sessions, we can teach you how to teach an effective recall, without the need for expensive tools.

What Happens
In our training sessions, we're all about keeping it positive, both in our training methods and your experiences training with us.
No judgments here—just a laid-back atmosphere where you can be yourself and work towards your goals at your own pace. We’ve seen it all
Sessions will take place either at your home or in local areas where you want your dogs to perform the training. We may also hire secure fields (extra charges apply for this).
We do not use pain, discomfort, fear or intimidation in our training!
Our Training
We are dedicated to high quality dog training without pain or discomfort. Therefore we use only reward based training without the use of aversives like shock collars, prong collars or choke chains.
We only use kind training methods, minimising the risk of behavioural fall out from training.
We have studied for 7 years up to an Masters degree level and are required to complete over 30 hours of CPD a year to ensure our training methods remain up to date.
